Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Ogun
State chapter, Alhaji Roqeeb Adeniji, on Tuesday lost his wife, Rachael, in a
road mishap.
Rachael, 58, until her sad demise
was deaconess in one of the popular churches in the country.
She was said to have died after her
driver lost control of the car on their way to Abeokuta.
The car somersaulted around Akinale,
in Ewekoro Local Government.
One of the deceased’s children,
Bolaji, who confirmed the sad incident to newsmen in Abeokuta said, “God knows
best.
” According to family sources, the
remains of the deceased will be buried in two weeks time. Her corpse had since
been deposited at the morgue of the State Hospital, Ijaiye in Abeokuta.
She is survived by her husband and
four children.
