The NYSC Coordinator in the state, Mr Thomas Yamma, disclosed this in Sokoto on Thursday at the passing out ceremony of the Batch "C" 2013 corps members who served in the state.
"This is to serve as a deterrent to those who will choose to be deviants."
The coordinator said some corps members, who displayed exemplary behaviour, received commendation.
Yamma called on the outgoing corps members to use the knowledge they acquired during the service year to be self employed.
Governor Aliyu Wamakko, in his speech, urged the outgoing corps members to continue to be disciplined and shun vices capable of bringing shame and disrepute to them.
